RoomFilled — Virtual staging that never moves your walls

Photo-editing tool for listing agents & real estate photographers

Furniture goes in. Your walls stay exactly where they were.

Upload the empty room. Pick a style. Minutes later you get the same photograph, furnished — same walls, same windows, same ceiling height, same floor line. Not a different room that looks a bit like yours.

Real output, not a mockup

Drag the line. The room doesn't move.

Two of our test rooms, staged by the RoomFilled engine. Furniture goes in; walls, windows, ceiling and floor line are the original pixels.

Empty living room with a bay window, before staging The same living room after staging: sofa, rug, coffee table BeforeAfter · Modern

Living room, Modern. Measured change outside the furnishing area: 0.2% (threshold 2%).

Empty open-plan kitchen before staging The same kitchen after staging: dining table, chairs and rug BeforeAfter · Scandinavian

Open-plan kitchen, Scandinavian. Measured change outside the furnishing area: 0.2% (threshold 2%). Cabinets, counter and window untouched.

Every render is checked before you see it

We compare the finished image against your original outside the furnishing area. If more than 2% of those pixels moved, the render is rejected and redone automatically. You never pay for the attempts.

real empty rooms where the furnishing area reached a wall, cabinet or fireplace

Figures from our own engine test, 12 October 2026, same source photo and same generated output — the difference is how it is composited back. Floor detection tested 13 October 2026 on 26 real empty-room photos, including white tile against white walls, grey floors beside grey cabinetry, a narrow hallway and a brick fireplace. Stress-tested 15 October 2026 on the same 26 rooms shot tilted, in harsh sun, in low light and with a dark floor: 0 / 26 in every condition. Re-tested 16 October 2026 on 14 new rooms the engine had never seen — hallways, a galley kitchen, glossy tile, harsh sun through a window: 0 / 14. Full re-run 17 October 2026 (40 rooms × 5 conditions, 200 runs): in 2 runs — one white galley kitchen under simulated harsh sun and a darkened floor — the area touched a white cabinet. Both were caught by a new low-floor check, which holds any photo with too little safe floor instead of staging it, so 0 of the 188 photos that went through touched a wall, cabinet or fireplace.

Why this matters on a listing

A redrawn room is not a photo of the property

Agents keep running into the same two problems with AI staging tools. Both are the reason this product exists.

The layout comes back wrong

Reviewers describe burning credit after credit trying to get a result that still only half resembles the room they photographed — walls shifted, windows moved, furniture that cannot be repositioned.

The billing surprises you

Trials that charge before the trial ends, subscriptions with no visible way to cancel, annual renewals that arrive without warning.

What we do instead

How it works

Three steps, a few minutes

  1. Upload the empty room. Straight off the camera or your phone. JPG or PNG, any size.
  2. Pick a style. Modern, Scandinavian, Mid-Century, Farmhouse or Coastal. Change your mind as often as you like — re-rendering is free.
  3. Download both files. The staged photo, and a second copy already marked “Virtually Staged” for the boards that require it.

Try it on your own photo

Drop in an empty room

Pick one of your listing photos. The green area is where furniture is allowed to go — everything outside it is locked and comes back untouched.

If it doesn't work on your photos

Seven days, no argument

Run your listing through it. If the staged photos aren't something you'd put in front of a seller, email us inside seven days and we refund the $97 in full. You keep the files. We don't ask why, and there is no form to fill in.

The refund address is on your receipt. One reply from a person, usually the same day.

Questions agents actually ask

Before you buy

Is virtually staged photography allowed on the MLS?

Most boards allow it and require the photo to be disclosed as virtually staged. That is why every order ships with a labelled copy. Rules vary by board — check yours, and use the labelled file when in doubt.

Will the room still look like the room?

That is the whole point. We furnish inside the empty floor area and nothing outside it is touched. Walls, windows, ceiling height and floor line come back exactly as you shot them.

What if I don't like the furniture?

Run it again, as many times as you want, at no extra cost. There are no credits to burn and no per-attempt charge.

Does this become a subscription?

No. $97 is charged once, for one property. Nothing renews, and there is no card on file to renew it with.

What if a room has very little open floor?

Narrow hallways, galley kitchens or very bright shots can leave almost no floor we can furnish safely. We don't stage those silently: the photo is held, you see why, and you either draw the floor area yourself or skip it. A skipped photo doesn't count toward your 25.

How many photos do I get?

Up to 25 photos of a single property, with 30 days to upload them. Most listings use 8 to 12.
